Does anyone believe AT&T tv commercials?

Everytime you see commercial on the tv for at&t, they claim to have the "largest", "strongest" and "biggest" 3G Network. I was with at&t for a short period and the "More Bars in More Places" was really "Less Bars in More Areas". A lot of my calls got dropped even when my phone showed that I had full signal strenght. I ex-boyfriend and I purchased 2 refurbished cell phones on the website. Both were supposed to be 3G compatible. Once we had the phones we custom designed our plan package. All in all the monthly bill was supposed to be close to $200, and that included tax. My phone was a music phone (Sony Ericsson Walkman) so I had downloaded some mp3's onto my cell. I added about $15 to the bill. Now at the end of the month we went online to view our bill, we opted for paperless billing, and out bill was $560 and some odd cents, all to be due by a certain date in the middle of the second month. Half of which we couldn't understand and it was not clear.

According to Consummerreports.org and the magazine, here in San Francisco, CA, AT&T has the LOWEST RATING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Verizon Wireless has the HIGHEST RATING. And they can prove that they truly have the LARGEST 3G network. They may be a little on the expensive side for the calling plans. But everything is backed with the customer service ratings nationwide!!!

Tricks Who Steal your Property

Why do tricks that you invite over and show them trust and are nice to them, pocket items of yours that don't belong to them when your looking the other way? For some guys, its how they fund their expensive habit with illegal drugs, i.e. Crystal-meth. Others do it cause what they are pocketing might be a better model or have more features then theirs. Recently I have been blammed for doing just that, taking something that wasn't mine. It was a beard trimmer. If i had taken it, my beard would have been trimmed and my hair would have been trimmed down a little, but no, its still their and bugging me to death. Ponder on that...

Tea Room Theatre's ~ Yes or No

I deceided to go to the tea room theatre on Eddy and Mason in the city with a buddy of mine this afternoon. We thought that there would be a good crowd there and that we would get some action. NOT!! My buddy and I were the hottest guys (next to the dancer) there. If you sexually get into Trolls (65+) and or Chubby trolls, then that is the place to go. I stank of day(s) old piss and cum just to start with. Plus for $12 that they charge you to enter the place, they better have porn stars of a higher recognition, and just more choices on where you can go in there.

MY OPINION IS: TWO THUMBS DOWN

Market St. Safeway and EBT Issues!!!

In september, I received a notice in the mail stating that there was going to be a "systemwide" shutdown of the EBT system. Now I do a majority of my grocery shopping at the Safeway on Market and Church St. I went into that said Safeway to purchase some food, and after standing in line for a good 30 minutes because they only had 2 Cashiers working (mind you each line had at least 10-15 people) they finally opened a 3rd line. As soon as I switch lines the courtesy clerk declaired that EBT was down due to its "systemwide shutdown". Mind you again, it is a full day and a half till that said time was to begin. That courtesy clerk INSISTED that the fliers they had and the notice I got in the mail were AGSOLUTELY WRONG.

Well I took my business the DeLano's (Calla) in the Castro. Guess what, my EBT card worked. So I took my receit and took it back to Safeway and INSISTED on talking to the Night shift Manager to prove that whoever told them that EBT was down, was WRONG, WRONG WRONG!!!

Now for the last 3 nights, plus 1 night earlier in the week, only that Safeway, had their EBT connections down. And I walk into safeway this morning to get something to drink, and what do I see on the doors:

"EBT System Connection is Down, Sorry for the Inconvienance, The Managers"

BIG PROBLEM AND DISCRIMINATION

Finally the Eureka Valley Branch Library Re-Opens

Soon to be known as the Harver Milk Memorial Branch Library, (I still call it the Castro Branch Library) will be having its Grand Re-Opening on October 24, 09. It has been a long 18 months of having to be forced to go to the Main Branch Library in the civic center.

I will be expecting to see additional computers (more then the origional 4) they had before. Plus more accessable restrooms, and electrical outlets for us to plug in our cells to charge, or to use our laptops/netbooks without worrying about the battery dying.

Energy 92.7 FM is DEAD!!!

How can this be? I was in need of some music to be playing as I work on my friends computer so naturally I opened up Firefox and went to www.energy927fm.com, only to see the page say "SERVER NOT FOUND". I naturally tried it again thinking that it might be an error, but NO, it wasn't.
What I found when I "Google'd" the radio station was something that no one would ever forsee. "The End of Energy 92.7 FM" Apparently the bastard the now owns the station "is a homophoobic meanie who stomps on puppies and rainbows." (see link above) And not only that, he fired a good majority of the staff, who were gay/bi/lesbian/transgendered. Which I am to understand that that equates to about 2/3 of the staff.
THE STUPID THING OF IT ALL, IS THAT THE STATION HAD NATIONAL RECOGNITION. PEOPLE ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES HAD HEARD OF/OR KNEW OF "The New Energy 92.7" AFTER THE CHANGE THEY HAD TO MAKE ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. (It was "Energy 92.7" and in 1 day after the lawyers finalized everything, it became "The New Energy 92.7, Today's Dance".

PLEASE DON'T LET IT END!!!

Is the Digital Conversion all that we Expected?

High Definition Television? So the Network stations across the nation can no longer air their analog signal? And now everything has to be broadcast in digital quality. But unless you already have cable service through companies such as Comcast, AT&T, Astound (RCN), et al. you didn't have to worry about spending that $40 to get a Digital converter box so that you would still be able to watch your favorite shows. For the individuals like myself, I don't have cable at my apartment. With the converter box, I get about 20 stations that get some kind of signal. Yet more than half of them are in korean, spanish or some other foreign language. On a good day, (meaning sunny out, and no wind at all) 5 channels come in with strong signals. And they are Qubo (24/7 cartoons), KOFY TV 20, CBS, ABC, and Fox. Which means nothing interesting to watch until after the news in the evening in the Primetime lineup.

In conclusion, so far, this digital conversion to digital signal is not all what is cracked to be. So we cleared up the analog radio waves for state and federal emergency channels for a faster response. Where is the proof that this has made a difference?

Why spend $ at Bars/Nightclubs in our Current Economic State?

I don't get it. On average, an individual spends anywhere from $25 to $50 each time they go out to a bar or nightclub. Now if the average gay male goes out 2 times a week thats $50 to $100 that they most likely don't have to spend. Or that comes out of something else that is much more important, like rent.
So again, I ask ya why does one do this to themselves.
